iPad Apps for Web Design
There are a variety of iPad apps that will help you in the web design process and we will be covering a few of them here. If you have addition ideas please forward them to me.
Mobile Blogging with Weebly
Weebly has an app that will allow you to blog or edit your website from your iPhone or iPad.
Assignment: Create two blog post on your Weebly site: one for Adobe Ideas and one for Snapseed.
Blog: Create a blog page on your Weebly site using your computer.
Weebly App: Create two blog post that describe the apps we learned about this week. using the Weebly app on the iPad. Each post should include: a title of the app, a well written multi-sentence description, an image from the app.
Submitting the Blog for assessment: Email your instructor a link to the web page.

Adobe Ideas
Prototyping with Adobe IdeasThis is a great multi-layered sketching tool that would be handy for making a wireframe or mapping out the site structure of a web site.
Assignment: Go to one of your favorite web sites and study the homepage and the structure of the site. The create a wireframe and site structure sketches using Adobe Ideas. Upload these to the Google Drive DMA Dropbox in the “iPad Lesson” folder. Rename the file with your last name and the either “Wireframe” or “SiteStructure”.
Wireframe: Draw a wireframe (sketch of the major elements) of the page. Make sure to label each element. Save the wireframe to your camera roll.
Site structure: Make a simple site structure outline of the site.

Assignment: Your assignment is to partner with another student and take 10 excellent photographs that represent the positive things at Mount Si High School. Then use Snapseed to crop and sweeten the images.
Submitting Images for Assessment
Best: Turn in your best photograph to the DMA dropbox “Best MSHS Photo” folder and rename it with both of your partners names.
All: Upload all ten photographs to a folder in your Google Drive. Download them to your computer and then upload them to a Weebly Gallery in your portfolio. Email your instructor a link to the web page.
